Welcome to the 3Dots Member CPA Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to follow the terms outlined in this Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") between 3Dots Member CPA (we, us, our) and you (the affiliate, partner).

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.
You must have a valid UPI ID or bank account in your name.
Employees or contractors of 3Dots Member CPA cannot join.
You must agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Registration & Approval

Sign up using valid personal details and contact information.
We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
You must maintain an active membership plan to participate.

3. Your Unique Affiliate Link

You will receive a unique referral link to promote our CPA network. All tracked referrals and successful membership signups will be credited to your account.

4. Commission Structure

6. Payout Terms

Minimum payout: ₹100
Paid monthly via UPI/Bank Transfer
Processing time: 24-48 hours
All payments subject to account verification

7. Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals or creating fake accounts
Spam marketing or unethical promotion
Misleading claims about earning potential
Paid ads using our brand name without permission
Using bots or automated systems for referrals
Chargeback fraud or payment manipulation

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

You may use our approved promotional materials and marketing assets. Do not modify, copy, or redistribute our proprietary content, systems, or business processes.

9. Account Termination

Violation of program rules or terms
Inactivity for 90+ consecutive days
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Providing false information during registration
Attempting to manipulate the referral system

10. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for your own tax obligations and legal compliance. 3Dots Member CPA is not liable for your income reporting or legal responsibilities as an affiliate.

11. Platform & System Usage

You agree to use our platform and systems ethically and responsibly. Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems will result in immediate termination and legal action.

12. Modification of Agreement

We may update this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept the changes. We will notify affiliates of significant updates.

13. Income Disclaimer

No specific income is guaranteed. Your results depend on your efforts, marketing strategies, and network building activities. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
