3Dots Member CPA License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon registration and membership purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3Dots Member CPA platform for the purpose of:

• Participating in our CPA referral network
• Earning commissions through referral activities
• Accessing member dashboard and tracking tools
• Using approved marketing materials for promotion
• Receiving commission payments as per program terms

2. Platform Usage Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others
• You may not use automated bots, scripts, or unfair means to generate referrals
• Creating fake accounts or engaging in referral fraud is strictly prohibited
• Use of the platform for illegal, unethical, or spam activities is forbidden
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our platform systems

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3Dots Member CPA retains full intellectual property rights over:

• Platform design, code, and functionality
• Branding, logos, and marketing materials
• Referral tracking systems and algorithms
• Commission calculation methodologies
• All proprietary business processes

Members are granted limited usage rights for promotional purposes only.

4. Commission and Payment License

This agreement grants you the right to earn commissions through:

• 25% commission on direct referrals
• Bonus earnings for network performance
• Lifetime passive income from your referral network
• Access to multiple payment withdrawal methods

All commissions are subject to platform terms and verification.

5. Account and License Termination

Your license to use the platform may be terminated if:

• You violate any terms of this agreement
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
• Account remains inactive for 3+ consecutive months
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate the referral system

Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

6. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once the account is activated and platform access is granted. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of 3Dots Member CPA management.

7. Limitation of Liability

3Dots Member CPA shall not be liable for:

• Individual earning results or network growth rates
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Member's marketing strategies or their effectiveness
• Changes in market conditions or regulations
• Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
